TEXTILE LEARNING IN LAB

hari ini, aku ngan budak2 conservation masuk lab. First madam
tunjuk documentary tentang restoration yang dibuat di museum keseniaan
islam.pasto kitaorang diberi explanation about textile and how to
preserve and restore the textile..firstly aku nak tulis sikit tentang
ilmu yang aku taw tentang textile(itupun selepas dgr madam punye
presentation).kat sini aku nak terangkan sikit about the
preliminary steps before
restoration
.yang pertama sekali, of course kite kena
observe the object using our
naked eyes, identified the problem, and do some research about the
history, technique, material that apply on the object
.,for
this stage we identified types of stain and soiling that maybe
present.then we consider how the textile made and what with made of
(what its method of conservation, does it contain more than one fiber,
are the fabric colored.next consider the textile condition (are the
fibre strong, intact or weak)lastly characterizing the soiling.next
stage based the fiber identification-the simplest method is a burning
set test especially useful when checking the nature of conservation
material(boleh guna burning test or microscopy)

3rd stage is we consider the types of conservation
that we need to apply on the object
.whether we conserve or
not.usually for the textile we using the stitches technique.stitches
technique can be back stitch, blanket, couching, herring bone or
running)..penerangan diatas adalah apa yang aku faham, for detail korang
research r sendiri.......hehehehe........lepas habis pasal
restoration, kita orang diajar cara nak buat macrame' and weaving.(bab
nie aku lemah skit, bono, cha ajar aku, aku still lambat nak
faham..banyak kali gak aku buat still x dapat..nie kes byk makan maggie
otak pown jadi lembab.)huhuhuhuhu.

budak2 laki, aku tengok muiz
pown lagi hebat daripada aku,,,,,huhuh(malu sebagai perempuan).x pe2
aku mesti boleh..dida boleh....chaiyok2.....(nak bagi kata perangsang
kat diri sendiri.)
